Booking Terms & Conditions

1. All rates are in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) / US Dollar (USD) and are excluded to 10% service charges& 13 % VAT of the government tax and service charge.
2. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Payment can be made by company’s cheque, cash or credit card.
4. Reservations will be released automatically if full payment is not received by the hotel.
5. Should guest arrived without prepayment, the Hotel reserves the right to collect full payment uponcheck-in.
6. Check-in time is 13:30 & check-out time is 12:30 noon.
7. Early check-in are subject to room availability.
8. For late check-out request, additional charge will be applied.
9. Bookings that have been confirmed and subsequently cancelled before 3 days from ”check-in” will becharged a cancellation-fee of each booked room’s 1 night fee. In the event of a ”no-show” or ”shortstay”, we will charge for the entirety of the booking. High season cancellation for stays from December to January (Christmas & New Year), for cancellations less than 3 days from ”check-in”, 100% will be charged.
