Cancellation Condition

Bookings that have been confirmed and subsequently cancelled before 3 days from "check-in" will be charged a cancellation-fee of each booked room's 1 night fee. In the event of a "no-show" or "short-stay", we will charge for the entirety of the booking. High season cancellation for stays from December to January (Christmas & New Year), for cancellations less than 3 days from "check-in", 100% will be charged. Cancel up to 14 days to get a full refund.
